This research intends to investigate and to analyze whether there was a significant effect of two learning method, namely Mind Mapping and Interactive Writing Method on students’ writing skill of visual and auditory students learning style of MTs Ikhlas Jawilan serang Banten. This research used quasi experimental with 2 x 2 factorial design. The Population was five classes ( 160 students ) of grade 8th MTs Ikhlas Jawilan in academic year 2014/2015. Before conducting the research, a learning style adopted from Wintergerst, DeCapua and Verna was administered to measure students learning style types. Then, the samples selected randomly with deciding which classes were having balanced group visual and auditory sudents learning style. The samplewas 40 students consist of20 students as experiment class and 20 students as control class and each class categorized into subgroups:10 visual students and 10 auditory students with Mind mapping and 10 visual students and 10 auditory students with Interactive writing.The data collecting was done by giving the test and questionnaires of learning style. The data analysis consist of the research instrument test with the validity and reliability test. Then, pre Requirement analysis with normality and homogeneity test. After having 8 meeting for the treatment, the data were collected through writing test and analyzed by using two way ANOVA to test all hypotheses raise in the study. Then, further test used Tukey test.
