The researcher believes that by giving more exposure for students to practice in classroom, they will be better in speaking skills. And the strategy to reach the objectives of producing fluent speakers is by applying student-student interactions approach. Exposing students to student-student interaction through cooperative learning, information gap activities, think-pair share and similar student-student interactions activities are vital to fostering students' speaking skills. Endorsing student centered learning help students learn more effectively and eventually fostering their speaking skills. Traditional way of teaching emphasizes on high teachers' talking time and the low students' talking time; as a result, students hardly have time to be given chances for oral practices, hence, their speaking skills will not be improved effectively.
