The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of the use of e-learning and student's learning motivation on students' reading comprehension achievement. This research was conducted at SMAN 82 (public senior high school) Jakarta from April 12- May 3 2011. There were 48 out of 240 students of grade X in school year 2010-2011 were chosen as samples by using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were questionnaire and reading comprehension test. Questionnaire was used to measured the learning motivation, while reading comprehension test was used to assess the participants reading comprehencion achievement.
