Abstrak

This research is aimed to develop a program for English class in DIII Program in Hospital Management to improve students' presentation skill in English using appropriate materials and effective models of teaching. The research was conducted in DIII Program in Hospital Management University of Indonesia. There were 37 participants in this research who were in Hospital office Management class in the odd semester of 2009/2010 academic year. This sample was called as non-random purposive sampling
