This research aims at finding the effect of DynEd and video recording on students' speaking skill. Two from nine classes are chosen as the population. That are experiment and comparison class. Each class are consisting of 35 students. The experiment class is treated by DynEd program and the comparison class is treated by video recording. The research was conducted on April 2011 and June 2011. This research was an experimental research, the data pre-test and post-test were taken and analyzed by using t-test independent. The data shows that there was a significant between both of classes. It means that the speaking skill of the students who study through DynEd could encourage them to practice the language step by step with regulary and the students who study through video could conduct their interaction in various situation had been effected
