The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the student nurses of interlingual and intralingual errors in interrogative constructions and to see the development of wh-question and yes/no question of the student nurses speech errors after exposing a two-months tutored language teaching. The qualitative method is used in the study. The respondents are 14 students nurses of second semester at FIKES Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Data collection, observation and interviews are carried out to gather the students' speech of wh-question and yes/no question and also to see the development of students nurses' interrogative constructions as well. Three intervals are conducted to collect the students speech errors of interrogative constructions. It is believed that three intervals can show the development of students' interrogative because the students have been exposed by English tutored language teaching.
