The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a positive relationship between students' attitude towards ICT and students familiarity with computer towards students' learning achievement in English. A quantitative analysis that covered descriptive statistics (mode, median, range, mean, standard deviation and the distribution of frequency in histograms), and inferential analysis (ANOVA) tests were conducted to answer the questions raised in the study. The participants of this study were the first year students of SMA Negeri 3 Setiabudi. Out of 35 students whithin the population, were chosen as the sample based on cluster random sampling. To collect the data, the study used 2 instruments: 2 questionnaires (studets' attitude toward ICT and students' familiarity with computer) and students' learning achievement in English. The 2 questionnaires was adapted and translated from International Journal of Education and Development using Information and communication technology (IJEDICT), 2009. The results of this study revealed that out of the two independent variables (students' attitude toward ICT and students' familiarity with computer), can be generalized to all population. The mean score of students' familiarity with computer = 66.0867 is higher than students' attitude toward ICT = 55.9143.
