Teaching speaking for young learners is very challenging. They have their own way to think, act, and learn something. Choosing materials, apply the teaching technique, and creating an activity for young learners is a crucial one. They are also easily get bored and lose their concentration. Therefore, the teacher needs to be able to know their students and able to creating a fun and interesting activity for them. The objective of this study is aimed at knowing talk show’s contribution to young learners’ speaking skill. In addition, this study is also aimed at knowing students’ and teacher’s difficulties doing talk show in the classroom. This study is case study method in which to identify the talk show contribution to young learners’ speaking skill, challenges that are faced by the students in doing talk show, and the teacher difficulty in conducting the talk show. It is initiated through the interview the students, the important notes during the performance that talk show is interesting
activity for young learner to practice speaking skill. It gives contributions for young learner; to speak confidently, clearly, and relevant. It is also an interesting activity in the classroom to build good relationship between teacher and student. The amount students in that class are 15.
