This study is aimed to investigate EFL Teachers in Jakarta on the perceive and
challenges faced in constructing and implementing reading comprehension test. Qualitative method with case study as an approach in this tudy. There are 12 EFL teachers as sample to gather the data. All of the participant are Efl Teachers in Jakarta. Thus, the writer focused on EFL teachers from Jakarta. From the teachers, the writer obtained some challenges faced for EFL teacher by the Questionnaire. Besides that, the writer got the perspective of Reading Comprehension test by the Interview method. The research findings indicate that (1) The EFL teacher concluded that the reading comprehension test is not easy, because the efl teachers has limited time requires to search about the material. (2) The EFL teachers are problems faced is making materials of the reading comprehension test.
