Not only that, the students were also asked for their responses to the strategies applied by their teachers during distance learning. This research is conducted in three schools in Bogor district. The type of research used is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis methods that use data collection such as interviews and questionnaires. Based on the data of research, all of EFL teachers at three school implemented several strategies such as using the e-learning website based, costuming google classroom and creating WhatsApp groups. The three media are helpful for English teachers in providing materials and exercises given to students through online classes. Several barriers that found in this research are lack of infrastructure, grading practice and achieving learning objectives. However, when viewed from student responses most of them prefer face-to-face learning than online classes, but they still enjoy learning through online classes with strategies implemented by their teachers. So that this can motivate teachers to be more creative and more interesting when teaching in online classes.
