This research investigated the implementation of bilingual curriculum in Al Fath bilingual school, the challenges faced by institution, and the problems faced by teachers. This research use qualitative method with case study design. The participant of the research was 50 teachers. The data collection was done using questionnaire, interview, and document. The data from the observation were analyzed qualitatively. The result of this study shows Al Fath Primary School implement bilingual curriculum run effectively and also use three majors teaching and learning program, likely adding some subjects use English, English day, and active learning method. Then as the institution faced some challenges, likely teachers’ factor and students’ factor. In addition, the teachers of Al Fath School found the problems for teaching the students use speak English, the teachers still confuse find the vocabularies in English, and teachers are lack of speaking English. Based on the finding, it can be concluded the implementation of bilingual curriculum in Al Fath Primary School runs effectively.
