This study aimed to see what extent the implementation of digital EFL learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 and SMA Muhammadiyah Limau Kebayoran Baru. The researcher used qualitative analysis methodology and a case study design to perform this study, which used to assess the degree to which problems in the implementation of digital learning on EFL exist.
This research has been conducted in 2 Muhammadiyah schools in Kebayoran Baru, namely Muhammadiyah 9 Junior High School and Muhammadiyah 3 Jakarta Senior High School. These 2 schools have implemented digital learning before the Covid 19 pandemic hit the world. In the data collection process, researcher used interview, questionnaire, and documents in order to find the information about applying digital learning in high school.
Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that Teachers experience challenges in the application of digital learning in the form of adjustments to the use of digital learning and problems in the internet network that interfere with the learning process. The students gave a positive response to the application of digital learning and said that digital learning really helped them in the digital learning process and became an innovative learning tool. Schools fully support digital learning by facilitating teachers and students so that the teaching and learning process continues to run normally.
