One of the goals in teaching English at Formal Education is to improve students’ English achievement. Their success can be measured through whether or not they can achieve or pass the score of KKM of the English subject. In fact, the English achievement of most SMA students is still low. There are some factors that can influence on improving students’ English achievement. The ability to use the internet network and good reading habit are some of the factors needed to increase students’ English achievement. The study aims to investigate and analyze the relationship between students’ ability in using internet and reading habit with their English achievement. The students’ ability in using internet and reading habit are measured by using questionnaires. The English achievement is gained from the scores of summative test. The method used to analyze the data is a survey method. The survey showed (1) The relationship between using internet ability and reading habit on students’ English achievement is positive and strong. The multiple correlation coefficients R was 0.814 and the R2 was 0.662. It was also found that the p-value is 0.000, which is smaller than α 0.05. The researcher decided to reject H0 and accept Ha. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between using internet ability and reading habit on students’ English achievement; (2) Students’ ability in using internet is related to their English achievement because it was found that the p-value was 0.000 and it is smaller than than α 0.05. In addition, testing the second hypothesis was also conducted by using t-test, the researcher got a statistic 8.178 with the critical of 2.000. It can be found that the t-statistic is greater than the t-critical so the decision was to reject Ho2 and accept Hi2. So, it can be inferred that there is a relationship between students’ internet ability and their English Achievement and (3) Students’ reading habit is related to their English achievement because it was found that the p-value was 0.000 and it is smaller than than α 0.05. In addition, testing the third hypothesis was also conducted by using t-test, the researcher got a statistic 2.187 with the t critical of 2000. It can be found that the t-statistic is greater than the t-critical so the decision was to reject Ho3 and accept Hi3. So, it can be inferred that there is a relationship between students’ reading habit and their English Achievement.
