The objectives of this research is to find out the type of code-switching that is mostly used by the teachers of senior high schools with bilingual education system in South Tangerang. Besides, this research also aims at finding out the reasons of the teachers’ code-switching, and to explore the students’ responses of teachers’ code-switching and their perception of it. The method used in this research is qualitative approach. Through observation by using audio-visual recordings, there six teachers from three schools (two teachers from each school) are observed to analyze the teachers’ code-switching. Afterwards, to know the reasons of the teachers’ code-switching, the interviews are also done to those all teachers. Meanwhile, to see the students’ responses and perception of the teachers’ code-switching, the questionnaire are spread to 187 students from the three schools. For deeper information, the students are also interviewed based on the questionnaires that have been fulfilled.
