This research aimes to investigate the forms of plagiarism produced and to reveal the factors contribute toward the emergence of plagiarism in students’ undergraduate research papers. There are five undergraduate research papers purposively become the samples of this research. The method used is qualitative approach using content analysis. The data collection was conducted through document (students’ papers) analysis, interviewing the students, and the lecturers. The research found there are three kinds of plagiarism forms produced by the students. The first is Totally Copy-Paste (TCP) which means copying the texts as the same as the original without attaching the authors. The second is Totally Copy-Paste from the Mentioned Author (TCP MA) which means the students wrote the name of the author, but they copied many original pages of the original texts and pasted as many pages as copied with no paraphrasing. The third is Copy-Paste and Deleting and/or Changing Few of Original Words (CP DCFOW) which is almost the same as TCP but there are few of deleting or changing the words of the original sources.
