This study is aimed to investigate whether the use of learning techniques (Edmodo and iSpring) conducted by the teacher will give significant different result on students‟ reading skill. The researcher carried out the study at SMKN 22 Jakarta, Academic period 2016/2017. This research used quasy experimental research, two experimental classes divided into two groups. First group was taught by Edmodo the second group was taught by iSpring. Seventy two studetns were appointed as the sample of this study by using cluster sampling method. The resulted data were analyzed and compared using Two Ways Analysis of Variance (TWO WAY ANOVA). The result of analysis indicated that achievements of the students are different. Although there is no statistically different effect of students who were taught by Edmodo and students who were taught by iSpring on students‟ reading skill, but the mean score of the students between two groups showed different result. Students who were taught by Edmodo got which is higher than students who were taught by iSpring. In other hand, the motivation of students toward reading comprehension was being analyzed, too. The result showed that students with high motivation showed better result when they were taught by Edmodo. This can be seen from the result of its mean score, the low motivation students who taught by Edmodo got 84,06, which was higher than the high motivation students who taught by iSpring that only got 83,39. Besides, students who had low motivation performed better when they were taught by iSpring. It can be seen that the mean of score of students who taught by Edmodo which got 67, 56 is less than students who taught by which got 77, 11 using iSpring. The research also reveals that there is significant interaction between learning techniques and students‟ motivation on their reading comprehension. This proven by the p-value 0,04 is less than α = 0,05.Based on the findings, it is suggested that Edmodo and iSpring can be used by the teacher to motivate students on their reading comprehension.
