The aims of this study were to find out: (1) the relationship between gender and motivation with students’ speaking skill. (2) the relation of motivation towards speaking skill. (3) the relation of gender towards students’ speaking skill. This study used survey technique by the 64 students as sample from the population. The methodology of the research was quantitative by using statistic formula multiple correlation and multiple regression. The result of this study showed that ϸ -value = 0.051 > ∝ = 0.05, it means that the combination between gender and motivation have no statistically significant effect in relation to students’ speaking skill.
