Currently, the students, especially students in Junior high school level must deal with many kinds of text. One kind of texst that must be learned through a meaningful activity. One kind of the activites is by reading comics. This study was aimed at implementing the Extensive Reading Using Reading Teenager comics to Improve Students’ Reading Ccomprehension and finding what activities suitable for the process of teaching and learning English at MTsN Al azhar AsySyarif. This study was conducted by using action research. Four classes of the second grade ofMTsN Al AzharAsysyarif were chosen as the sample. There were 80 students and 20 students in each class. In conclusion, the use of teenager comics could improve students’ reading comprehension in MTsN Al azharAsys.
