The objective of the study was to find evidence of whether or not the reading materials in a textbook, entitled BAHASA INGGRIS provided by the ministry of education and culture for the first semester of the first grade of vocational high school students, has been relevant with the curriculum of 2013. The method of the study was a descriptive comparative analysis through which the contents of reading materials in the textbook were compared with the contents of curriculum 2013. The instruments which were used for the study were list of questions based on the indicators of reading, the learning materials of reading, and the learning activities of reading. The result of the study showed that the reading materials in the textbook en titled BAHASA INGGRIS for the tenth grade in the first semester of vocational high school had been based on curriculum 2013. The percentage of conformity of the indicators of was 100%, the percentage of conformity of the reading materials was 100%, and the percentage of the learning activities of 69.23%. Therefore, the average percentage of all the contents was 89.74%, which mean very good. In other words, the textbook entitle BAHASA INGGRIS for the tenth grade in the first semester which was provided by the ministry of education and culture for vocational high school, especially the reading materials, had been based on curriculum 2013.
