In 1874, Franz Mertens proved the so-called Mertens’ third theorem in number theory, and after just 100 years, Kenneth S. Williams generalized it. In the previous papers, the first and the second authors presented a graph-theoretic analogue to the Mertens’ third theorem. In this paper, we generalize it along the lines of Williams.
