ABSTRAK
Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 merupakan masalah penyakit tidak menular yang membebani masyarakat karena dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam komplikasi. Di Posbindu Garuda penderita DM Tipe 2 cukup banyak, yaitu 41 orang. Terapi alternatif dengan menggunakan bahan alami sangat diperlukan guna menekan biaya terapi dan perawatan yang cukup tinggi. Kedelai mengandung protein yang tinggi dan zat-zat lain yang berguna untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa dara Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian susu kedelai terhadap kadar glukosa darah puasa penderita DM Tipe 2 di Posbindu Garuda Cicurug Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental dengan rancangan Non Randomized Pre Test – Post Test Control Group Design. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 41 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah 34 orang, dibagi dalam dua kelompok. Kelompok perlakuan diberi susu kedelai sebanyak 280ml/hari selama 14 hari, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak. Kadar GDP diukur dengan Glukometer digital. Pengukuran antropometri untuk mengetahui berat badan dan tinggi badan. Pola konsumsi subjek diperoleh dengan Food Recall 2x24 jam dan aktivitas fisik dengan GPAQ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok perlakuan mengalami penurunan kadar GDP yang signifikan (p=0.000) sebesar 17.00±1.002 mg/dl. Uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan perubahan kadar GDP, usia dan asupan serat yang signifikan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Uji regresi linier menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, asupan protein dan asupan lemak mempengaruhi 59.6% terhadap penurunan kadar GDP kelompok perlakuan, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol didapatkan asupan karbohidrat mempengaruhi 60% terhadap kenaikan GDP. Bagi Posbindu Garuda diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penyuluhan dan kegiatan rutin yang memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Bagi masyarakat diharapkan dapat mengatur pola konsumsi untuk mengontrol kadar glukosa darah, selain itu perlu diimbangi dengan aktivitas fisik yang cukup dan olahraga teratur.

Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is non-infectious disease problem that cause various complications. In Posbindu Garuda, People with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus a lot enough, 41 people. Alternative therapies using natural ingredients are necessary to reduce the cost of medical therapy and health care. Soy contains high protein and other substances that are useful to lower blood glucose levels. This study aims to determine the effect of soy milk in fasting blood glucose level of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Posbindu Garuda Cicurug Sukabumi. This study used quasy experimental design with Non Randomized Pre Test – Post Test Control Group Design. The sampling method used Purposive Sampling. The study population amounted to 41 people. The sample in this study is 34 people, divided into two groups. The treatment group was given 280 ml/day of soy milk for 14 days, while the control group did not. Fasting blood glucose levels are measured with digital glucometer, antropometrics measurements to determine weight and height. Dietary intake of the subject were obtained with 2x24 hours Food Recall and physical activity with GPAQ. The result showed that the treatment group had a significant decrease in fasting blood glucose levels (p=0.000) of 17.00 ± 1.002 mg/dl. Statistical tests showed that there were significant differences in fasting blood glucose levels, age and fiber intake between the treatment group and the control group. Linear Regression Test showed that gender, protein intake and fat intake affects 59.6% decreasing fasting blood glucose levels in treatment group, while in control group showed that carbohydrate intake affects 60% increasing fasting blood glucose levels. For Posbindu Garuda is expected to increase counseling and routine activities that have a positive impact on public healt For the community is expected to regulate comsumption intake to control fasting blood levels, but it needs to be balanced with adequate physical activity and regular exercise.
