Abstrak
Objectives of this research is to assest impact product development to customer loyalty of Yamaha motor di CBD Mall Ciledug Tangerang. Product development as independent variable and customer loyalty as dependent variable. Primary data explored by questioner and quantitative data transformed by Likert scale. Methods of analysis are simple linear regression and regression coefficient t test. Result of analysis show regression equition Y= 15,979+0,660 X. Regression coefficient 0,660 means every increase of product development in one point will predicted increase customer loyalty 0,660 point. Constant of Parameter 15,979 means the total customer loyalty score when product development incremental constant. That regression coefficient significantly at confidence level 95%. Meanwhile determination coefficient 0,559. It means 55.9% of customer loyalty determined by product development, or around 44.9% of customer loyalty depend on another variables.
