 Abstrak
The sexual harassment is a phenomenon that frequently in the society and experienced by women. Women can receive sexual harassment from men anywhere and anytime. The minor types of sexual harassment and the less serious ones are more easily found and create different interpretation. The aim of this study is to investigate why do working women have different interpretation about behaviors as positive, whereas several others perceive them as negative behaviors. The result of the study shows that the safety value is considered important by the women who have negative perception on sexual harassment, whereas the achievement value is important for women who have positive perception.
