This research was conducted to explore the relationship between exploration and commitment in education, with orientation to the future of education. The background of this research was third year senior high school student had difficulties in deciding with major they would take when they go to colleges or universities. The result of this research shows that there is a significant correlation between exploration and orientation to the future in rs=0.65; a=0.01 and there is also significant correlation between commitment andorientation to the future in education.
