Education institutions in Indonesia, particularly the institution of Islamic Education, either state, formal private, or non-formal private and its human resource properly be the highest level center which can bring and assign the Indonesian people to the changing and progressing. But, in fact, according to the survey between 12 countries in Asia, Indonesians education quality is in the gatekeeper sequence. The purpose of Islamic Education are being the guidance for human in order to make him become a Moslem who serve himself as maximal as possible, improving the humans natural tendency and realizing the prosperous and happy life. Yusuf Al-Qardhawi said that the purpose of Islam Education is to form a human to totality in the perfection of mind and his heart, spiritual and physical. Islamic education also has purpose to look for and create new things that have the nuance of divinity's light, religion, love, calm, peaceful, and happiness which have legal formal and constitutional characteristic. The adherents of it must become the Moslems perfectly. the realization of an ideal Islamic education must be based on the Holy Koran and Hadits of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The true purpose from it realization is the improvement of devotion act. The main improvement of a man can be seen from his sholat or how far is contribution for humanities.
