 Abstrak
Comprehensively, the previous research has proved that a man intellectually bright is sometimes not a man who is the most success man is his life, because the intellectual intelligence contributes about 15% to a man's success level, and the rest is from his ability to manage his emotion. Therefore, this research has purposes: first, to find data about the level of students Intellectual Intelligence, second to find data about the level of students Emotional Intelligence, and third, to find data about whether there is the correlation between the level of Intellectual Intelligence, the level of Emotional Intelligence, and Instructional outcome. This research was done at SDN (Elementary Public School) on sub district of Matraman, East Jakarta. The benefits are: to give scientific contributions which can help citizens and the government in improving the education quality which are suitable with citizens needs, to make the Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence as principles in improving the education in Indonesia which is qualified and continued, to push the citizens, especially for the academic community, to research further about Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence. The method that was used in this research was the descriptive survey method. And the technique of data analysis used the correlation technique within two ways: descriptive statistic analysis and inferential statistic analysis. The result of this research showed that: there is significant correlation between tje level of Intellectual Intelligence and Instructional outcome, there is significant correlation between the level of Emotional Intelligence and Instructional outcome, and there is significant correlations between the level of Intellectual Intelligence and the level of Emotional Intelligence.
