Kind of research used is descriptive research, its can be defined as problem-solving procedure was investigated by drawing or describing the subject or object state investigation. In this research found that the volume production of plastic before the application of quality system management (International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 amounted to 279 928 units, whereas after the implementation of quality systems management (International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 amounted to 496 546 units. Volume of rubber production before the application of quality system management (International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 for 13,716,476 units, whereas after the implementation of quality systems management (International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 for 24,330,754 units. The volume of metal production before the application of management quality system (International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 for 41,989,212 units, whereas after the implementation of quality systems management (International Standard for Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 amounted to 74,481,899 units.
