The power demand in electricity in the service area in Bogor municipality is increasing from year to year with the average capacity growth reaches 10,461 %, which is possibly getting bigger in the future. The power used by the consumers is only recorded through kWh meter. Therefore, the science on the installing technique, the measurement and checking the kWh meter which could satisfy the consumer as well as the accurate electric power consumption. In this way, the lost of electrical capacity can be avoided. The method used in this study is the literature study. The relevant reference would be compiled and analyzed to support the theories and data found.
