The development of life of world people which is supported by the improvement of information technology and globalization, has brought Indonesian People to the more improved stage. This certainly would demand the reformation on the system of national education. Education world from early education level to high education level nowadays has been performed based on industrial management which is very competitive financially and ideologically. In accordance to the fact, to promote the police on campus autonomy in order to run after the development in technology, economy, and social life, there should be any efforts to improve the organization performance in UIKA Bogor. The Improvement on the organization performance should be done through optimizing all resources owned by the institution which cover all elements of organization to crease the more effective and efficient organization at UIKA Bogor.
