Back ground: Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) has declared Ministry of Health in several area. One of area is institution of kindergarten school (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini/ PAUD) Objectives: To analized internal (sex) and eksternal (teacher, parent, friend, parent?s friend, canteen support) factors who related to practical of PHBS. Methods: The study was cross sectional and quantitative analitycal. The study was done in 33 PAUD Kecamatan Koja, Jakarta Utara at February 2010. Respondent were students of PAUD in 2009/2010 (179 respondents).Primary data collected with interview method and secondary data collected with copying the annual data reported of PHBS. Univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test and using confident interval (CI) 95%. Results: It was found out 37.4% respondent in good practical of PHBS, 56.4% were girls, and all of variabel that support practical of PHBS in minus. Only sex there was no significant related to practical of PHBS.
