The marriage system in Indonesia based on Law No.1 of 1974 regulates that marriage would be legitimated at law as legally procedure if conduct to religious system. For the certain of law, its needs listing to be regisrated. Poligamy and siri wedding are not to be done to offer to every person. In principle the marriage law system in Indonesia hold on monogamy.
