Islamic economy in Indonesia has developed very rapidly, started with banking sector then spread to another sector with Islamic Law (syari'ah) base. By such development should have caused new issue, that is economic dispute among the parties, either among individuals or an individual to corporate body or a corporate body to another such disputes can be solved by two alternatives solutions: religion court oor national Islamic Law arbitration body.
