Since its endorsement on 28 October 1928, Indonesian has been continuously undergoing change, advancement or reform in line with needs of the communities of its users.Till now ,the developement of the discourse of democracy in Indonesia has gone very slowly or stagnated,particularly during the New Order goverment. Language has a fundamental role as it could lull someone or even society tp sleep. For instance, we can try to awaken an awareness of how strong force or potential of language is,but also of the gentleness or subtleness of its pivotal role in shaping the life of the nation. It is inevitable that a pluralistic society like Indonesia has a diversity of living languages.Those languages have equal rights to survive in accordance with their own functions.
