Bureaucracy is often identified with slow, corrupted and red tape (overly bureaucracy procedure) government officials. Hystorically the condition and performance of bureaucracy has been inherited, since the Dutch colonialism. The ambtenaers, government officials who stood upright failed to colonized people they got much better facility average of the colonized people and the hide under the colonized occupation.
