Abstrak
This article discusses the secondary school teachers' readiness profile in implementing curriculum innovation from time to time. Three variables have been chosen namely motivation,attitude, and knowledge and skills. As many as 542 secondary school teachers from the state of selangor,malaysia were involved in this study. Data were obtained from questionnaire and the data were analysed using means to determine the teachers' motivational level, attitude and knowledge and altitude. The findings showed that the teachers readiness can be categories into eight matrixes. The highest number (20.8%) were classified as having High Motivation, High Attitude, and High Knowledge and skills. Only six percent of teachers feel into the lowest category of Low Motivation, Low Attitude and Low knowledge and skills.The finding also showed that teachers were more ready in terms of motivation as compared to knowledge,skils and attitude
