Abstrak
Indonesian Higher Education Insitutions are forced to graduate highly qualified human resources.This is due to the fast development of technoligy that is used by almost all work sectors. To cope with this situation the institutions have to modify their teaching and learning facilities used to improve the students' competencies. One of the facilities that can be applied to improve the competencies is media and instructional technology which consist of several types. Each type has specific characteristics that san should be used optimally to increase the quality of learning output. This article elaborates the use of instructional media and technology to improve the quality of learning in higher Education institutions.A number of 872 respondents participate in this recent study. Data were collected through observation methode-documents analysis, survey, and observation.
