Specifically, the aim of research is: First,, to find data about the effective of headmasters leadership with the teaching motivation of SMK Negeri 2 Karawang (the State Vocational High School 2 of Karawang) teachers. Second, to find data about the correlation between fraternity (ukhuwah) and the teaching motivation of the State Vocational High School 2 of Karawang's teachers. Third, to find data about the effectivity of the headmasters leadership and the fraternity with the teaching motivation of the State Vocational High School 2 Karawang's teachers. Andtheoretically, the benefits of this research are for the improvement of the knowledge which are relevant eith the problem in this research, so it could enrich the exsisttreasury of knowledge. Besides, practically it is hopped to be a valuable suggestion for the development of education quality, specifically in the in the State Vocational High School 2 Karawang. This research used the survey method with correlation technique. This technique was used for the correlation between two independent variables, they are the effectifity of Headmasters Leadership and the Fraternity, and a dependent variable, that is teaching motivation of the State Vocational High School of Karawang's teachers. And the result of this research: First, there is positive correlations between the Effectifically of the headmasters leadership and the teachers teaching motivation. Second, there is positive correlation between the fraternity and teachers Teaching Motivation. Third, there is positive correlation between the effectivity of the Headmasters Leadership with thw Fraternity, and the techers Teaching Motivation. So that, can be concluded that the closer the fraternity, and the more effective the headmasters Leadership, the higher the teachers teaching motivation become.
