The escalation of the violence among society in Indonesia as well as the world tends to be endless. This condition calls for all elements in the community to be involved in finding out a new paradigm used to generate peace and harmony in life. This article aims at providing an idea to implant multicultural education in universities. University of Muhammadiyah Prof.DR.Hamka (UHAMKA) is expected to be able to take an active role in instilling this multicultural education.
