The objective of value education is to prepare students to be human who have good character, to be good members of community and to be good citizen. There are three needed aspects of value education that should be taken into account. First, the value education has to be on the basis of excellent model of teachers, parents and communities. Second, the program has to cover contents which provide balancing values and process of teaching and learning. In addition, the development of intelligent, emotion, aptitude has to be equal in the process of teaching and learning. Third, religious aspects have to be taken into account in the design and implementation of the value education program since religion teaches students values of good characters.
